If you must return an item for any reason, please be aware of the following restrictions:
- No return will be accepted without a return authorization number (you can get one by calling us or emailing us)
- Item must be returned to the following address (Do not return to any other address that may be on the shipping label as your credit will be delayed and extra shipping charges may be incurred.):

By offering you quality merchandise at prices as low as possible, we must adhere to certain restrictions on return items. Rest assured, any item found to be defective, damaged in shipping or an item different than what was ordered will certainly be replaced.
Sorry, we cannot accept returns for the following items:
- *Mattresses, or bedding for round beds
- *Custom made items
- *Sale items
- *Padded rails

Warranties:
- Warranties on the products we sell are the manufacturer's warranties and not our store warranties, although should you encounter a defect in a product we have sold you we will try to assist you in handling your warranty claim properly with the manufacturer.
- Please keep your original store receipt for proof of purchase. Warranties cannot be handled without it. Credit card receipts are not adequate for warranty claims.
- If the item is a mattress, defects are generally seam, corner, or valve leaks. Leaks in the body of the mattress are considered accidental punctures and can be repaired with a patch kit.
- If you experience a leak in your mattress it will be necessary for you to locate the source of the leak before filing a warranty claim. Once the source of the leak is located, if you suspect it is a defect you may contact us or the manufacturer to start your claim process.
- No refunds will be issued for damage caused by improper laundering or handling. All return items will be inspected by the service department to determine the existence of a defect. We reserve the option to replace, repair, deny return, or issue a credit. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

- Return must be made within 30 days of ship date
- Copy of invoice must be included in the package
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Water mattresses are shipped vacuum packed. This vacuum must be intact, with no water having been put in mattress.
- A 20% handling and restocking fee will be charged on all returns to cover our costs of shipping, reboxing, re-stocking and orders in progress.
- All packages should be sent freight prepaid. Any packages sent COD will be returned to sender at sender's expense.
- Be sure to return by a method that offers proof of delivery, as we will be unable to issue a credit for an item we have not received.
- An item will be considered a return, even if another item has been purchased.
